Synopsis

The texts gathered in this book, entitled Letters in Frontiers: dialogues between Language, Literature and Teaching, result from the concerns of researchers linked to the Collegiate of Letters of the State University of Roraima – UERR. The critical repertoire is supported by different theoretical lines; they permeate through Discourse Analysis, Learning Theories, Linguistic Analysis, Cultural and Literary Studies, among other interpretive approaches. We emphasize that the analyzes that make up this work demand significant research by professors of the Letters Course at the State University of Roraima, whose contemporary theoretical articulation points to other perspectives on critical thinking developed in the Amazonian university environment. The significant contribution that this work brings to studies in the field of Letters for scholars of pan-Amazon border relations deserves to be highlighted.
