4ª Parte - Iku'ne' Tîto kon : Matemática
Synopsis
This activity plan teaches the concept of numbers from 1 to 10 to children who do not yet read and write, using images, sounds, and playful activities to develop number recognition, improve oral skills, and promote cultural expression in an engaging and relevant way for the Macuxi people, in alignment with the objectives of the RCNEI.
The activities include introducing numbers with corresponding images and objects, observing and identifying quantities, and associating sounds with images. Suggested activities involve association games, movement activities, and the incorporation of songs and rhymes to reinforce learning. Additionally, the plan suggests sensory and tactile activities to construct numbers, drawing and creating posters, and interactive stories focused on numbers. The children will also participate in board games and outdoor activities, where they will count elements of nature, integrating number learning with the Macuxi cultural context.
